We at Patiyala Sharara, understand the importance of delivering your products in the finest condition and on time. Therefore, we have partnered with some of the most reputed courier partners in this country to seamlessly deliver your products in the best possible duration.

DELIVERY

  1. A) How does the delivery process work?
  • Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.
  • Next, your item is passed through a quality check before handing over to the courier partner.
  • Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Then, your item is shipped to your location.
  • In case your address falls into a location that is not served by our delivery partners, Patiyala Sharara team will contact you and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.
  1. B) What is the estimated delivery time?

We religiously aim to ship the products within 3-5 working days however it may take upto 12 to 15 working Days to reach you .

. In a few cases there might be some delays due to dependencies at various levels. Furthermore, We diligently ship orders throughout the week including weekends and public holidays.

Please note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We assure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.

  1. C) Can I track my order?

Yes, you sure can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Patiyala Shara with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner. You can simply click “TRACK ORDER” and enter the last 4 digits of your order number or full AWB to check where your order has reached or how long will it take to get delivered.

          Yes.

B) Which locations do you ship your products?

          Patiyala Sharara ships throughout India so you can receive your order in any corner of the Wrold within the confines of your home.

C) Are there any shipping charges?

          Patiyala Sharara offer free shipping In All Our Wrold

D) Do you provide a Cash on Delivery method?

Yes , We provide COD all over India

E) Are there any charges for Cash on Delivery (COD)?

          No there are not any extra charges for COD

F) How are orders packaged?

          We go an extra mile to make sure you receive your order in top-notch condition. Each item is wrapped in sturdy packaging so that it stays free from any physical damage. So far, Idaho has received minimal complaints about damaged items due to packaging.

G) Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

         Yes, you can change the shipping address before we have processed (shipped) your order, by contacting our customer support team at +91-97263 77510

In case, your product is already shipped and you wish to change the address, we will have to reship your order again to a different address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Patiyala Sharara provides international shipments. We happily offer our customers lucrative shipping for all international orders.

Exchanges and Return are not applicable on international orders.
